Yes. California Fishing Licenses, Mexican Permits, Tourist Visa, and gratuity for crew, not included. A 3.5% processing fee applies to all orders.

Acceptance of the terms of this charter in the form of a signature is required and a 50% deposit of the total charter price with-in 7 days of your charter booking.  Deposits are non- refundable unless cancellation is received in a written signed request 60 days or more prior to departure. Emails and phone cancellations do not qualify for a refund. Final Payment will be due with-in 15 days of departure.

Cancellations less than 44 days from departure can reschedule on any open dates with-in 1 year of the original trip date. We strongly recommend trip/deposit insurance.
